Even though I´m pretty far away, I was still thinking about you yesterday. Happy Father´s Day! At least, I think it was Father´s Day, I´m never quite sure what day is what down here. (The sign I´m holding says Happy Father´s Day, in case you were wondering)
I saw a tree at Monte Alban that made me think of you. It has leaves growing out of its leaves. How´s that for cool! It´s almost as cool as the caterpillars you found on the grape vine in our backyard! Love you Dad! Hope you had a great day!

I bet Richard will want you to sneak some of that tree home. He'll want to study it and maybe let the worms eat it to see what happends and he'll be doing this experament on the kitchen table. Ha! Ha!
